This existing detached dwelling was fully refurbished throughout at ground and first floor. A new first floor rear extension was provided over the former kitchen area and replaced with a new large open plan dining room with black crittall doors leading into the living room space for added light. The layout was reconfigured to provide improved connection of internal spaces, relocating the kitchen to the front of the property and maximising daylight to the rear with new accessible bi-folding doors.

At ground floor the former snooker room was replaced by a music room and the former twin dining rooms were knocked through to make the kitchen and dining enlarged and open plan.

The two smaller bedrooms that were slightly comprised were transformed into one enlarged bedroom with ensuite. The smaller bedroom was then relocated to the rear extension making for enlarged habitable and liveable accommodation.

The former dining room was knocked through to place the open plan kitchen at the front of the property.
